Reigning Motorsport UK Asphalt Rally Champions Sam Touzel and Max Freeman took the spoils on the East Riding Stages Rally by just four seconds

The East Riding Stages Rally will continue its partnership with Carbon Positive Motorsport for the 2026 event.

This weekend sees the fifth running of the Beverley based East Riding Stages Rally, the opening round of the 2026 Protyre Motorsport UK Asphalt Rally Championship.

Bishop Burton College will once again host the event’s Service Area, forming a key part of rally operations across the weekend.

The seeded entry list for the 2026 East Riding Stages Rally has been announced. With the cream of British rallying represented throughout the order, this year’s rally promises quality from car 1 to car 160.

Well-loved Beverley pub, the Royal Standard, will sponsor the ceremonial start of this year’s East Riding Stages Rally.

Defending champion Sam Touzel will join the reigning Protyre BTRDA Series and five-time Pirelli Welsh champion Matthew Hirst on the impressive list of starters.

For one weekend only, a national motorsport event will take place in the centre of Beverley, when the town will host the 5th edition of the East Riding Stages Rally.
